- Exact model and revision
- Active area, outline, thickness and mounting points
- Resolution, aspect ratio and pixel format
- RGB, LVDS or eDP interface family, connector and full pin assignment
- Logic voltage, backlight voltage/current and power sequence
- Touch technology and cover-lens stack
- Brightness, viewing angle and operating temperature
- Lifecycle, PCN/EOL status and sample approval
