There are many factors affecting the quality of industrial LCD screen, the most important of which is related to the operation of operators and technicians, such as the flatness of industrial LCD screen, the presence or absence of dead points and color patches, etc. of course, there are also some other factors. Here we will briefly introduce some factors affecting the quality of industrial LCD screen:
 
1. Flatness
 
The surface flatness of industrial display screen should be within ± Within 1 mm, to ensure that the display image is not distorted, local convex or concave will lead to the dead angle of the visual angle of the display screen. The flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
 
2. Brightness and viewing angle
 
The brightness of indoor full-color Industrial LCD screen should be 800cd / m ² Above, the brightness of outdoor full-color Industrial LCD screen should be 1500 CD / m ² Above, in order to ensure the normal work of the display screen, otherwise the brightness will be too low to see the displayed image. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of LED chip.
 
The size of the visual angle directly determines the number of industrial display audience, so the larger the better. The size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by the packaging method of the die.
 
3. White balance effect
 
White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of display screen. In chromatics, when the ratio of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16, it will show pure white. If there is a little deviation in the actual ratio, there will be a deviation in white balance. Generally, we should pay attention to whether the white is blue or yellow green. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the display screen, and the chip also has an impact on the color reduction.
 
4. Color reduction
 
Color reducibility refers to the color reducibility of the display screen, that is, the color displayed on the display screen should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the authenticity of the image.
 
5. Whether there is mosaic and dead point phenomenon
 
Mosaic refers to the small square that is always bright or black on the industrial LCD screen, which is the necrosis of the module. The main reason is that the quality of the connector used in the industrial LCD is not up to standard.
 
Dead point refers to a single point which is always bright or black on the industrial LCD screen. The number of dead points is mainly determined by the quality of the die.
 
6. Whether there are color patches
 
Color block refers to the obvious color difference between adjacent modules. The color transition is based on modules. The color block phenomenon is mainly caused by poor control system, low gray level and low scanning frequency.
