Shipping and Delivery Policy

Your location:Home > Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026
 Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the general arrangements for products supplied by Hangzhou Xuhong Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuhong Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to business inquiries and orders placed through auo-lcd.com or confirmed through our sales team.

Because our products are supplied primarily for industrial and commercial use, the specific shipping terms for each order will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation or sales contract. Those specifically agreed written terms take priority over this general policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We can arrange shipment to many international destinations, subject to carrier availability, export-control requirements, customs restrictions and our written confirmation.

Some products, destinations or end uses may require additional documentation or compliance checks. We reserve the right to decline or suspend a shipment where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, carrier rules or trade restrictions.

2. Order Processing

Order processing begins after the commercial and technical details have been confirmed in writing and any required payment has been received.

Processing may include:

  • confirmation of the complete product model and suffix;
  • stock or production verification;
  • product inspection and functional testing where applicable;
  • export packaging and labeling;
  • preparation of commercial shipping documents; and
  • carrier booking and export procedures.

Processing time varies according to product availability, order quantity, testing requirements, packaging requirements and destination.

3. Availability and Lead Time

Lead times shown on the Website or discussed before final order confirmation are estimates only. The confirmed estimated lead time will be stated in the relevant quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Lead time may be affected by manufacturer schedules, production status, product allocation, component availability, order quantity, inspection requirements, holidays, transportation capacity and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer if we become aware of a material delay.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination, shipment size and customer requirements, products may be shipped by:

  • international express courier;
  • air freight;
  • sea freight;
  • road or rail transportation; or
  • a carrier nominated by the customer.

The selected method and estimated freight charge will be confirmed before shipment. Customers may request a preferred carrier or use their own shipping account, subject to our written agreement.

5. Incoterms and Transfer of Risk

Shipping responsibilities, costs, customs formalities and transfer of risk will be determined by the Incoterms® rule and named place stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing, publication of a destination address or shipping estimate does not mean that we have accepted responsibility for import clearance, duties, taxes, unloading or final delivery.

Customers should review the agreed Incoterms® rule carefully because payment of freight and transfer of risk may occur at different points.

6. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise stated in writing, product prices do not include freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, destination handling fees, storage fees or other charges imposed after shipment.

Freight quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change if the shipment weight, dimensions, destination, carrier surcharge or shipping method changes.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements

The customer is responsible for confirming whether the products may be lawfully imported and used in the destination country.

Unless the agreed Incoterms® rule expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for:

  • import licenses and registrations;
  • customs clearance at destination;
  • import duties, taxes and brokerage charges;
  • destination-country compliance requirements; and
  • providing accurate consignee and tax information.

Customs authorities may inspect shipments or request additional information. Customs processing times are outside our direct control.

8. Shipping Address and Documentation

The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, consignee name, telephone number, email address, postal code and any required tax or customs identification before shipment.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete, incorrect or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Requests for special invoice descriptions, certificates, labels or other documents must be submitted and approved before shipment. We will not issue false declarations, inaccurate values or misleading product descriptions.

9. Packaging

Products will be packaged using methods reasonably appropriate for the product type, quantity and agreed transportation method. Industrial LCD products are sensitive electronic components and should be handled carefully and protected against impact, moisture, pressure and electrostatic discharge.

Special packaging requirements must be confirmed in writing before the order is finalized and may involve additional charges.

10. Tracking and Delivery Updates

Where tracking information is available, it will normally be provided after the shipment has been collected or processed by the carrier.

Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may not appear immediately. An estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

11. Partial Shipments

Where appropriate, we may propose partial shipment of an order to reduce delays. Partial shipments will be made only in accordance with the written order terms or after consultation with the customer.

Additional freight charges resulting from a customer-requested partial shipment may be charged to the customer.

12. Delivery Inspection

The customer or consignee should inspect the external condition of the shipment at delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, the customer should:

  • record the damage on the carrier’s delivery document;
  • take clear photographs before opening the package;
  • retain the original packaging and labels; and
  • notify us and the carrier promptly.

After opening the shipment, the customer should verify the quantity, product model, labels and physical condition within the inspection period stated in the applicable transaction documents.

13. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost, damaged or materially delayed, please contact us promptly with the order number, tracking number, photographs and other relevant evidence.

We will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier investigation or insurance claim. Responsibility and available remedies will depend on the agreed shipping terms, transfer of risk, insurance coverage, carrier rules and applicable contract.

Customers should not discard products, packaging or shipping labels while a claim is being reviewed.

14. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to complete customs clearance or failure to pay destination charges, the customer may be responsible for storage, return freight, redelivery, customs and related costs.

A returned shipment will not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund, replacement or reshipment will be determined according to the condition of the returned products, costs incurred and the applicable written agreement.

15. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change the shipping address, carrier, shipping method or order details must be made before dispatch and require our written confirmation.

Once products have been procured, prepared, handed to a carrier or exported, changes and cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional costs.

16. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemic, war, government action, customs inspection, export or import restrictions, labor disputes, carrier interruption, port congestion, flight cancellation, power failure or major supply-chain disruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and identify practical alternatives where available.
