Terms and Conditions

Your location:Home > Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 10, 2026
 Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of auo-lcd.com (the “Website”), operated by Hangzhou Xuhong Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuhong Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1. About This Website

This Website provides information about industrial LCD panels, display modules, touch products, related components, technical resources and business inquiry services.

References to manufacturers and brands such as AUO, Innolux, BOE, Tianma and other third-party names are used for product identification and compatibility information. All trademarks, product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorized distributor status unless this is expressly confirmed in written documentation.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, model numbers, photographs, dimensions, interfaces and technical specifications accurate. However, manufacturers may revise products, specifications, production status or documentation without notice.

Website information is provided for preliminary reference only. Before ordering, customers must confirm the exact manufacturer, complete model number and suffix, revision, dimensions, interface, pin assignment, voltage, backlight, brightness, operating temperature, viewing direction, touch configuration and other required specifications.

Compatibility must not be determined only by screen size, resolution or a similar model number. Final selection should be based on the current manufacturer datasheet, mechanical drawing, interface specification, physical label and written confirmation from us.

3. No Automatic Offer or Acceptance

Product listings, availability statements and other Website content are invitations to make an inquiry and do not constitute a binding offer. Submitting an inquiry, email, form or purchase request does not create a contract or require us to accept an order.

An order becomes binding only after the relevant commercial and technical terms have been confirmed in writing, such as through an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or other written order confirmation, together with any required payment.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed sales contract, accepted quotation, pro forma invoice or other specifically agreed written terms, the specifically agreed written terms will control for that transaction.

4. Quotations and Orders

Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotations are valid only for the period shown in the quotation and may be subject to stock availability, minimum order quantity, manufacturer confirmation, currency movement and changes in supply conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information in a quotation or pro forma invoice before payment, including:

  • manufacturer and complete model number;
  • product condition, revision and quantity;
  • unit price and total price;
  • minimum order quantity and packaging;
  • estimated lead time and availability;
  • payment, delivery and warranty terms; and
  • shipping address and consignee information.

Changes or cancellations requested after written confirmation, payment or procurement has begun require our written approval and may involve costs already incurred.

5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes

Prices displayed or discussed on the Website are not guaranteed unless confirmed in a written quotation. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include shipping charges, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, bank charges or other destination-country fees.

Payment methods, currency, payment schedule and banking details will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract. Customers must verify payment instructions through an established contact channel before transferring funds.

6. Availability, MOQ and Lead Time

Product availability, minimum order quantity and lead time may vary according to manufacturer schedules, production status, allocation, component supply and logistics conditions. Any lead time provided before final confirmation is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material supply or delivery changes after an order has been confirmed.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

The shipping method, delivery term, freight responsibility, insurance, transfer of risk and transfer of title will be determined by the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for complying with applicable import, customs and product-use requirements at the destination.

8. Inspection and Claims

Customers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Any visible shipping damage, quantity discrepancy, incorrect model or other apparent problem should be documented and reported to us within the period specified in the applicable quotation or sales agreement.

Please retain the original packaging, product labels, photographs, test records and shipping documents when submitting a claim. Products must not be returned without our prior written authorization and return instructions.

9. Returns and Warranty

Return eligibility, warranty period and available remedies depend on the product condition, manufacturer policy and the written terms of the relevant transaction. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a return or replacement is subject to technical verification.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable voltage, improper handling or storage, incompatible equipment, unauthorized repair or modification, accident, abuse, contamination, electrostatic discharge or operation outside the specified environmental limits.

No return, refund, repair or replacement is guaranteed solely because a request has been submitted. The applicable remedy will be determined after review of the evidence and relevant contractual terms.

10. Samples and Engineering Evaluation

Customers should complete appropriate engineering evaluation and compatibility testing before approving a product for production use. Sample approval does not guarantee the availability of future quantities unless supply arrangements have been separately confirmed in writing.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Website text, page design, original graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Xuhong Technology. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal purchasing, evaluation or business-reference purposes.

Third-party datasheets, trademarks, photographs and technical materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

12. Confidential Information

The affected party should provide reasonable notice and make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact.

19. Export and Trade Compliance

Customers must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, customs and trade laws. Products must not be purchased, exported, re-exported or used for a prohibited destination, end user or purpose. We may decline or suspend a transaction where reasonably necessary for compliance checks.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Website, business practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after publication means that the revised Terms apply to subsequent Website use.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, unless the applicable transaction documents provide another dispute-resolution method.
