The following points should be paid attention to in the bonding process:
Clean: Before bonding we must clean the surface of the LCD screen border and surface of touch screen. Make sure both surfaces are clean, free of grease, no-dust, no debris, etc.
Position: Before bonding, it is necessary to accurately locate the position of the touch screen and the screen frame. We use professional positioning tools and auxiliary tools to assist precise positioning.
Pressure: When bonding, appropriate pressure needs to be applied to ensure that the touch screen fit the screen frame completely. Too light pressure may result in a weak fit, while too heavy pressure may cause the screen to break or damage.
Heat treatment: Some touch screens require heat treatment to fit properly. In this case, it is necessary to follow the instructions provided by the touch screen manufacturer.
Quality control: after the bonding is completed, it is necessary to carry out quality control by checking air bubbles, weak fitting and other problems, and timely repair or replacement.
