Technology teach you how to identify the barcode on the back of the CHIMEI/INNOL

Date:2024-07-03

Customers who have purchased Qimei LCD screens know that each CHIMEI LCD screen has its own barcode on the back. As shown in the figure below, there is the Qimei logo on top, the LCD screen model, and a barcode below. There will be a series of numbers and letters below the barcode. So what do the numbers and letters below the barcode on the back of the Qimei LCD screen mean? Below, Hangzhou Xuhong will explain the corresponding ones to everyone.

The above figure can be divided into 6 parts. The barcode on the back of the CHIMEI/INNOLUX LCD screen is different from that of BOE. It starts from the right to the left and represents the serial number, which represents the grade and packaging box. The fourth digit represents the internal code of CHIMEI/INNOLUX , followed by the last three digits representing the production time, year, day, and month. The last three digits are also internal codes of CHIMEI/INNOLUX, followed by revisions. The last two digits are internal codes of CHIMEI/INNOLUX, which generally refer to grade or production batch number.

When purchasing original packaging LCD screens from CHIMEI/INNOLUX, there are two main things to pay attention to: 1. The level and specifications of the LCD screen, and 2. The production time, month, and year of the LCD screen. Knowing how to read the barcode on the back of the CHIMEI LCD screen will prevent us from buying old screens and LCD screens that do not meet the specifications. If you cannot identify the CHIMEI/INNOLUX LCD screen level yourself, you can contact Hangzhou Xuhong Technology to identify the internal code of CHIMEI.

Compatibility and lifecycle limits

Do not approve a substitute from size, resolution, connector count or family name alone. Confirm mechanics, pin mapping, voltage, timing, optics, environmental limits, exact revision and current lifecycle evidence. Stock, lead time and production status must be reconfirmed when the quotation is issued.

Data source: Current AUO-LCD page record and available manufacturer documentation. Final approval requires the latest controlled drawing, pin assignment and project validation.
